LOCTITE® 515 is a 50 ml, one-part anaerobic form-in-place gasket sealant for close-fitting rigid machined metal flanges. It cures when confined between metal surfaces in the absence of air, helping seal flange joints without a pre-cut gasket.

Designed for rigid machined flange assemblies, LOCTITE® 515 fills gaps up to 0.25 mm and remains flexible enough to accommodate minor flange movement. The purple, thixotropic gel provides low-pressure resistance immediately after flange assembly and is fluorescent under UV light to support visual inspection of the applied bead.
