SEM High-Build Primer Surfacer, manufacturer part number 42013, is a grey 20 oz aerosol flexible acrylic primer surfacer.

Designed for priming steel, aluminium, urethane, fibreglass and plastic substrates, it offers high-build filling characteristics and is intended to be easy to sand before topcoating with most refinish materials.
