LPS Tapmatic® AquaCut is a water-based cutting fluid for hand-applied metalworking operations where tool cooling is desired. Manufacturer part number 01216 is supplied in a 473 mL bottle.

  • Water-based formulation
  • Non-flammable and stated by the manufacturer as non-hazardous
  • Contains no sulfur, chlorine or oils
  • Corrosion inhibitors help prevent flash rusting
  • Suitable for use on metals except magnesium, according to the manufacturer
  • Designed to support fine surface finishes

Suitable for operations including drilling, tapping, threading, milling, turning, sawing, grinding and finishing. Apply a few drops immediately before tool contact. Do not use in misting or recirculating systems.
