Boelube BL90 Lubricant Gal

BOELUBE 70090 is a clear, synthetic liquid machining lubricant for minimum quantity lubrication (MQL) processes. Manufacturer part number 70090-04 identifies the 3.8 L (1 US gal) container.

Developed for metalworking and composite machining, BOELUBE 70090 is intended to help reduce friction and heat at the cutting interface during operations such as drilling, tapping, reaming, milling, deburring, grinding, routing and sawing.

• Clear liquid lubricant for MQL application
• Suitable for use on aluminium alloys, stainless steel, titanium, copper, CFRP, composites, glass fibre, Kevlar and wood
• Viscosity: 24 cSt at 40 °C
• Insoluble in water
• Remains liquid at temperatures down to -30 °C
• Non-corrosive, non-flammable and biodegradable formulation
• Free of petroleum, silicone, sulfur, phosphorus, halogens and paraffin wax
