3M Scotch-Grip 1300L is a yellow, low-viscosity neoprene rubber and gasket adhesive for general-purpose bonding applications. It is formulated to provide high immediate bond strength, fast drying and good heat resistance.

The adhesive is intended for bonding rubber and gasketing materials, including neoprene, SBR and butyl rubber, to a range of substrates such as metal, wood, baked enamel and selected plastics. Its low-viscosity consistency supports spray application where an appropriate process is specified.
