BONDERITE® M-CR 1132 AERO, formerly known as Alodine Touch-N-Prep, is a ready-to-use applicator pen for local metal pre-treatment, conversion-coating touch-up and repair work.

Its dry-in-place, no-rinse formulation is designed for controlled application at the work area. On clean, oxide-free aluminium and aluminium-alloy surfaces, it produces a golden protective conversion coating. Henkel also identifies the product as compatible with most metals, including aluminium, ferrous and galvanised substrates.

Overview

BONDERITE M-CR 1132 no-rinse conversion coating effectively phosphates most metals including aluminum, ferrous and galvanized substrates. Does not require rinsing, and can be air dried or force dried with hot air or an infra-red lamp. High density acrylic tip of the Touch-N-Prep applicator can be modified with a single edge razor blade to form any shape. The application method controls the amount of coating applied to the surface. A little goes a long way.
