The 3M Scotch-Brite™ General Purpose Hand Pad 7447 is a very fine non-woven abrasive pad for controlled manual cleaning, surface preparation and finishing work. Its aluminium oxide abrasive is designed to cut quickly while leaving a smooth finished surface.
