3M™ Scotchmate™ Hook Fastener SJ3402 is a general-purpose woven nylon hook strip with no adhesive or liner. It forms one half of a reclosable hook-and-loop fastening system and is commonly paired with 3M™ Loop Fastener SJ3401.

The plain backing allows the fastener to be sewn or incorporated using a suitable hot-melt or liquid adhesive process where required. The hook surface uses flexible J-shaped hooks to provide repeated opening and closing capability when engaged with a compatible loop fastener.
