WEST SYSTEM 423 Carbon Powder, manufacturer part number 323659, is a fine black graphite additive for mixing into epoxy.

When incorporated into mixed epoxy at the manufacturer’s stated rate of 10% by volume, it produces a black, low-friction exterior coating with improved scuff resistance and durability. It is intended for coating applications where a low-load, low-speed bearing surface or a more durable sliding surface is required.
