The Tempest AeroGuard™ AA11-0172 is an induction air filter assembly for aircraft engine induction systems. It uses washable 100% polyester spunbond nonwoven filter media designed to support airflow while filtering 99% of contaminants larger than 5 microns.

The assembly features a black-anodised aluminium housing and screen to support corrosion resistance and help prevent fragmented filter media from entering the induction system.
