Tempest AeroGuard™ induction air filter assembly, manufacturer part number AA617774. This filter is intended for engine induction-air applications where AA617774 is specified in the applicable approved maintenance data.

The assembly uses reusable, washable synthetic filter media within a black anodised aluminium housing. A protective screen is incorporated to help prevent fragmented filter media from entering the induction system. The AeroGuard design is specified as filtering more than 99% of contaminants larger than 5 microns while supporting airflow through the induction system.
