PM Research PM-9601 is a preformed erosion-protection mask for the vertical stabilizer tip. It is listed for Embraer ERJ 135, ERJ 145 and Embraer Legacy aircraft applications.

The clear, adhesive polyurethane mask is precision moulded for the intended surface and forms a protective barrier against paint and surface erosion in this exposed area. Nominal material thickness is 0.3 mm. The material is UV stabilised and designed to remain discreet after installation.
