The Power Flow Systems PFS15102CERAMIC is a ceramic-coated short-stack tuned exhaust system for the Diamond DA40. It is supplied as a complete replacement exhaust-system kit, with a ceramic-coated tailpipe finish.

Power Flow Systems describes the ceramic coating as a cosmetic enhancement intended to conceal the heat-related discolouration that naturally develops on stainless-steel exhaust outlets. The system is constructed from stainless steel and incorporates the exhaust headers, collector/cabin-heat shroud assembly, tailpipe, muffler and installation hardware associated with the kit.
