AeroShell Grease 7 is an advanced multipurpose synthetic aircraft grease for maintenance applications requiring a clay-thickened grease with strong load-carrying capability, corrosion protection and resistance to oxidation and water.

It is supplied as a case of 30 x 14 oz tubes for workshop and maintenance stores use.

  • Manufacturer part number: 550066860
  • Synthetic ester oil, Microgel® clay-thickened formulation
  • Useful operating temperature range: -73°C to +121°C
  • Approved to MIL-PRF-23827C, Type II
  • Recommended by the manufacturer for highly loaded gears, actuator screw mechanisms, instruments and general airframe lubrication where the applicable maintenance data specifies this grease.

AeroShell Grease 7 should be selected and applied in accordance with the relevant aircraft, component and seal-material maintenance documentation. It should not be mixed with soap-based greases approved to MIL-PRF-23827C Type I.
