Skybolt SK203C172P4 is a Phillips-head complete cowling fastener conversion kit for the Cessna 172H through 172P range identified by Skybolt for model years 1967–1981.

The kit converts the existing cowling screws or fasteners to Skybolt CLoc quarter-turn fasteners. As the complete P4 configuration, it covers both the firewall and horizontal side-panel areas.
