Thermo-Tec Adhesive-Backed Heat Barrier is an aluminized woven-silica sheet designed to help protect adjacent surfaces and components from radiant heat. Manufacturer part number 13575 is supplied in an approximately 305 x 610 mm format with a pressure-sensitive adhesive backing for clean installation on suitably prepared surfaces.

  • Construction: woven silica with a flexible aluminized finish
  • Highly reflective surface rated by the manufacturer for radiant temperatures up to 2,000°F
  • Adhesive backing rated by the manufacturer for direct temperatures up to 250°F

Clean the installation surface before application. This material is intended to block radiant heat and should not be applied directly to exhaust-system components.
