The RMJ-AERO C100 is an air/oil separator intended for Continental engine crankcase-breather installations. It separates oil from the breather flow for return to the engine oil system, helping to reduce oil discharge from the breather line.

This C100 version has 5/8 in. (15.9 mm) inlet and outlet connections. RMJ-AERO describes its separators as hand-crafted from aircraft-quality materials, TIG welded and corrosion coated. A cushion clamp is supplied for supported firewall or cooling-baffle mounting.

  • Manufacturer part number: C100
  • Continental installation version
  • Breather-line connection size: 5/8 in. (15.9 mm) inlet/outlet
  • Oil return requires suitable routing to an available engine return point
  • Approximate product weight: 0.57 kg

Installation should follow the applicable engine and airframe maintenance data. The manufacturer specifies that the separator must be adequately supported and that the oil return line must maintain a continuous downward slope to the engine connection point.

Manufacturer installation guidance: RMJ-AERO Oil Separator General Installation Guide and RMJ-AERO Continental Installation Guide.
