B&C 200G Alternator 12Amps Homebuilt Less Gear Assembly

The B&C Specialty Products 200G is a compact, gear-driven permanent-magnet alternator system for amateur-built aircraft. Manufacturer part number 200G, this 12 A unit is designed for Continental C-75, C-85, C-90, C-145-2, O-200, IO-240 and O-300 engines equipped with a -12 accessory case and bottom accessory pad.

• Rated output: 12.8 A at 4,500 alternator RPM.
• Permanent-magnet, brushless design with two sealed heavy-duty ball bearings.
• Precision-machined billet-aluminium mounting flange.
• Includes a 14 V B&C PMR1D voltage regulator with Dynamic Over-Voltage Protection.
• Approximate alternator weight: 1.5 kg; compact housing approximately 90 mm diameter and 97 mm deep.
• Supplied without the Continental five-piece drive gear assembly. The required gear assembly is customer supplied and is to be inspected, cleaned and installed by B&C Specialty Products.

B&C specifies the 200G for amateur-built aircraft only. It is not STC or PMA approved.
