This shock cord fastener set is intended for forming terminal ends on 3/8 in shock cord. The set comprises cone spring hooks and locking rings.

During assembly, the shock cord is passed through the small end of the cone fastener; the locking ring is then crimped onto the cord so it seats within the fastener.
