The Cleveland Wheels & Brakes 199-202 Wheel & Brake Upgrade Kit is a retrofit kit for converting existing 40-90 or 40-90B/30-23C main wheel and brake equipment to the 40-90F/30-23D configuration.

According to Cleveland product reference memo PRM57, the kit is applicable to Pilatus Britten-Norman Islander BN-2, BN-2A, BN-2B and BN-2T aircraft when equipped with the specified existing wheel and brake assemblies. The published kit quantity is for retrofit of one aircraft.
