Cleveland Wheel & Brake Kit 199-110

Cleveland Wheels & Brakes 199-110 is a wheel and brake conversion kit for specified Beech aircraft equipped with standard landing gear and 18 x 5.5 main wheels and brakes. The kit converts one aircraft to Cleveland main wheel and brake equipment.

The manufacturer’s installation data identifies Cleveland 30-146 main brake assemblies and 40-289 main wheel assemblies. The 30-146 is a dual-caliper, four-piston external-disc brake design with sintered metallic linings.

Manufacturer documentation also identifies EASA STC 10043296 for the Beech 200 series.

Installation is intended for qualified maintenance personnel using the applicable Cleveland installation manual, illustrated parts list and current approved aircraft documentation. Aircraft configuration, serial-number effectivity, existing modifications and airframe manufacturer instructions must be reviewed before installation. The manufacturer notes that axle nut, washer and cotter pin are not included in the kit documentation.
