The Grove Aircraft Landing Gear Systems P/N 5018 is a 500x5 axle with an integrated wheel-pant stub. The stub is tapped 1/4-28 for wheel-pant attachment.

  • 31.8 mm (1-1/4 in) diameter axle
  • Solid 2024-T3 aluminium construction with anodised finish
  • Type 1 mounting pattern: 49.2 mm (1-15/16 in) bolt circle with 6.4 mm (1/4 in) holes
  • Integrated wheel-pant stub with 1/4-28 thread
  • Manufacturer-listed axle weight: approximately 0.43 kg
  • Manufacturer-listed static load rating: 567 kg (1,250 lb)
  • Specified for Grove 5 in wheels with 1-1/4 in bearings
  • Two Grove P/N 5710 axle spacers are required per axle
