Bonanza/Baron Beech Brake Master Cylinder Kit M-03-1001-3

Marsh Brothers Aviation M-03-1001-3 is a brake master cylinder upgrade/repair kit for applicable Bonanza and Baron brake master cylinder installations. The kit is intended for repair or preventative maintenance of the master-cylinder piston rod sealing arrangement.

The kit incorporates the Marsh Brothers Aviation Thorseal® piston-rod gland seal, manufactured from the proprietary AeroLas™-Flex elastomeric material. It replaces the OEM rod O-ring and rod wiper arrangement. Reassembly aids are included to support installation.

• For applicable OEM 96-380034-23 series brake master cylinders manufactured by Commercial Aircraft Corp.
• Includes piston-rod gland seal, static gland O-ring, piston-head O-ring and back-up ring, retaining rings, rod-end jam nut, washer and cotter pin.
• Includes installation aids: seal compression ring, thread sleeve and push tube.
• Installation instructions, instructions for continuing airworthiness and release documentation are stated by the manufacturer as included.

Important: The piston is not included. The AeroLas™-Flex seal material is not compatible with phosphate-ester hydraulic fluid, commonly known as Skydrol. This kit does not fit brake master cylinders manufactured by Gerdes or Paramount.
