The Marsh Brothers Aviation Brake Master Cylinder Upgrade/Repair Kit, part number M-03-1000-3, is designed for overhaul or upgrade of OEM brake master cylinders 90-380001-29 and 90-380001-33.

The kit uses the manufacturer’s AeroLas™-Flex piston-rod lip seal and Thorseal® design, intended to replace the original piston-rod O-ring and rod wiper arrangement. It includes the hardware and installation aids required for brake master-cylinder reassembly.

  • Manufacturer part number: M-03-1000-3
  • Applicable OEM master-cylinder references: 90-380001-29 and 90-380001-33
  • Includes seal compression ring, thread sleeve and push tube installation aids
  • Includes installation instructions, instructions for continuing airworthiness and an authorised release certificate, as supplied by the manufacturer
  • Piston not included

Important: The AeroLas™-Flex seal material is not compatible with phosphate-ester hydraulic fluid, commonly known as Skydrol. Exposure to this fluid may damage the seals. Verify the installed master-cylinder part number, hydraulic-fluid compatibility and applicable aircraft approval basis before installation.
