McFarlane Aviation VFF-KT-1 is a single vertical fin fitting kit for eligible Cessna 150 and 152 aircraft. The kit contains one vertical fin fitting and the hardware required for installation.

McFarlane’s design incorporates revised geometry intended to reduce stress concentrations and improve load distribution. The fitting is manufactured from a higher-strength aluminium alloy and is alodined for corrosion resistance.

  • FAA-PMA approved for various eligible Cessna 150 and 152 aircraft
  • Single kit: one fitting with installation hardware
  • Includes a solid pilot counterbore and reamer
  • McFarlane notes that NAS1149 washers may be supplied as superseding hardware for AN960 washers referenced in the ICA.
