The McFarlane Aviation MC0743624-1 is an FAA-PMA shimmy dampener assembly for the nose landing gear of specified Cessna 182-series aircraft. It is a direct replacement for Cessna part number 0743624-1.

McFarlane’s hydraulic design is intended to provide consistent dampening action and features temperature- and altitude-compensated hydraulics, a wear-resistant hard-anodised housing, and threaded head bearings with safety wiring. The fluid level can be checked on or off the aircraft.
