The Marsh Brothers Aviation Cleveland Brake Master Cylinder Upgrade/Repair Kit, manufacturer part number M-00-1003, is intended to repair or upgrade applicable Parker Aerospace Cleveland Wheels & Brakes 10-24D series brake master cylinders.

For the listed Cirrus applications, the manufacturer identifies SR20, SR22 and SR22T models. The kit uses a proprietary AeroLas™-Flex piston-rod lip seal designed to replace the original piston-rod O-ring and rod wiper arrangement.

  • Applicable to OEM 10-24D series brake master cylinders
  • Includes repair hardware and a tapered installation tool for seal expansion during reassembly
  • Includes installation instructions, instructions for continuing airworthiness and an authorised release certificate
  • Manufacturer lists FAA, TCCA and EASA approval, with TCCA RDA C-RA22-016/D

Important: The piston is not included. The AeroLas™-Flex piston-rod lip seal is not compatible with phosphate-ester hydraulic fluids, including Skydrol. Confirm aircraft eligibility, master-cylinder configuration, approved data and fluid compatibility before installation.
