The Marsh Brothers Aviation Brake Master Cylinder Upgrade/Repair Kit, part number M-03-1001-1, is intended for refurbishment and upgrade of applicable Beech Bonanza and Baron brake master cylinders in the OEM 96-380034-25 series.

The kit incorporates the manufacturer’s Thorseal® piston-rod lip seal design, developed as an alternative to the traditional dynamic O-ring and rod-wiper arrangement. It is supplied as a repair kit with the internal hardware required for the applicable master-cylinder configuration.

  • Manufacturer part number: M-03-1001-1
  • For applicable OEM 96-380034-25-series brake master cylinders
  • Includes installation aids: seal compression ring, thread sleeve and push tube
  • Piston is not included

Important: This kit does not fit brake master cylinders manufactured by Gerdes or Paramount. The Thorseal® material is not compatible with phosphate-ester hydraulic fluids, including Skydrol®; contamination with these fluids can damage the seals.

Confirm master-cylinder identity and aircraft eligibility before installation. Refer to the current manufacturer installation instructions, Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, and applicable approved maintenance data.
