The McFarlane Aviation Vernier-Assist™ Throttle Control Assembly, part number MCVA507005-1, is an FAA-PMA approved aircraft throttle control.

McFarlane’s Vernier-Assist™ design combines push-pull coarse adjustment with rotary fine adjustment. The control operates through a friction-based mechanism rather than conventional threaded vernier engagement, allowing the knob to be pushed or pulled for larger throttle changes and rotated for finer adjustment.
