Complete engine baffle kit for specified 1974–1976 Cessna 182 installations, supplied with bare aluminium baffle components and orange high-temperature silicone seals attached. Manufacturer part number: C182-7476-PKGH-BROR.

The kit is intended as a replacement for the factory engine-baffle installation and is supplied ready for installation. It is listed as FAA-PMA approved.

  • 6061-T6 aluminium baffle construction
  • Orange, fibreglass-reinforced high-temperature silicone baffle seals
  • Stainless-steel brackets where required
  • Hard-rivet construction and 12.7 mm seal backing plates
  • Listed applicability: Cessna 182 serial numbers 182-62466 through 182-65175
  • Listed engines: Continental O-470-R, O-470-S, O-470-U, or Lycoming O-540-L3C5D

Mounting hardware, including nuts, bolts, screws, washers, retaining springs and Tinnerman clips, is not included. Where non-standard or differently dimensioned aftermarket components are already fitted, installation adjustment may be required.
