The Airforms Package D engine baffle kit, part number C180182-PKGD-PCOR, is a powder-coated replacement baffle assembly supplied with orange high-temperature silicone seals. It is identified for Cessna 180 aircraft from 1956 to 1981 and Cessna 182 aircraft from 1958 to 1973.

Designed as an FAA-PMA replacement baffle kit, the assembly uses 6061-T6 aluminium baffle components and fibreglass-reinforced silicone seals installed on the baffles. Hard-rivet construction and stainless-steel brackets are used where required.
