Complete engine baffle kit, part number C180182-PKGA-PCBL, supplied with powder-coated baffle components and attached blue, fibreglass-reinforced high-temperature silicone seals.

The baffle components are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium and incorporate features described by the source as stainless-steel brackets where required, hard-rivet construction and seal backing plates. The kit is intended as a replacement engine-baffle installation and is supplied ready for fitting.

Published eligibility

  • Cessna 180, model years 1956–1981; serial numbers 32151 through 53203
  • Cessna 182, model years 1958–1973; serial numbers 34754 through 18262465
  • Continental O-470-L and O-470-R engines

FAA-PMA approved according to the published product information. Installation may require adjustment where non-original or differently dimensioned aftermarket components are already installed. Mounting hardware, including nuts, bolts, screws, washers, retaining springs and Tinnerman clips, is not included.
