Complete engine baffle kit for the specified 1973–1974 Cessna 177 installation, supplied with orange high-temperature silicone baffle seals attached. Manufacturer part number: C177-7374BROR.

The baffle components are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium and incorporate hard-rivet construction, stainless-steel brackets where required, and reinforced seal backing plates. The fibreglass-reinforced silicone seals are intended to help maintain the engine cooling-air path around the engine compartment.

Published eligibility is for Cessna 177 serial numbers 17701774 through 17702123 with a Lycoming O-360 engine. The kit is FAA-PMA approved; no EASA approval is stated in the supplied product information. Verify the aircraft records, applicable maintenance data, and installation configuration before purchase and installation.
