Complete engine baffle kit, part number C172RG-PCBL, for the specified Cessna 172RG installation. This McFarlane/Airforms replacement kit combines powder-coated 6061-T6 aluminium baffles with pre-installed blue, high-temperature fibreglass-reinforced silicone seals.

The baffle components are designed with hard-rivet construction, stainless-steel brackets where required, and 12.7 mm seal backing plates. The kit is supplied ready for installation with seals fitted.

Manufacturer-published eligibility identifies Cessna 172RG aircraft with Lycoming O-360 engines in serial-number ranges 172RG0001 through 172RG0817 and 172RG0891 through 172RG1191. Verify the aircraft serial number, engine configuration and applicable approved data before installation.

Mounting hardware, including nuts, bolts, screws, washers, retaining springs and Tinnerman clips, is not included. Where non-standard aftermarket components or modifications are installed, fitting adjustment may be required by the installer.
