Airforms C172P-PCBL is a complete powder-coated engine baffle kit supplied with blue, fibreglass-reinforced high-temperature silicone seals preinstalled. It is intended as a replacement baffle installation for the applicable Cessna 172P and F172P configurations.

  • Manufacturer part number: C172P-PCBL
  • Powder-coated 6061-T6 aluminium baffle components
  • Blue high-temperature silicone baffle seals, fibreglass reinforced
  • Stainless-steel brackets where required, hard-rivet construction and seal backing plates
  • Mounting hardware is not included

Published eligibility is Cessna 172P serial numbers 74010 through 76673 and F172P serial numbers F172-02040 and subsequent, when fitted with a Lycoming O-320-D2J engine. The kit is stated as FAA-PMA approved; confirm part eligibility, installation requirements and acceptance under applicable EASA and local regulatory requirements before installation.

If non-standard or aftermarket starter, alternator, exhaust or other engine components are installed, baffle adjustment may be required during installation.
