Engine baffle kit, part number C172N-79580BROR, supplied with bare baffle components and orange high-temperature silicone seals attached. The kit is intended as a replacement baffle installation for the specified Cessna 172N and F172 aircraft.

  • FAA-PMA approved replacement engine baffle components.
  • 6061-T6 aluminium baffles with hard-rivet construction.
  • Fibreglass-reinforced, high-temperature orange silicone seals with backing plates.
  • Stainless-steel brackets used where required.
  • Specified for 1979.5–1980 Cessna 172N aircraft, serial numbers 17271954 through 17274009.
  • Also specified for F172 aircraft, serial numbers F17201910 through F17202039.
  • Specified engine: Lycoming O-320-H2AD.

Mounting hardware, including nuts, bolts, screws, washers, retaining springs and Tinnerman clips, is not included. Where non-standard or aftermarket engine components have been installed, fitment adjustment may be required during installation.
