McFarlane Aviation / Airforms complete engine baffle kit, part number C172N-79580BRBL. This bare-aluminium kit is supplied with blue high-temperature, fibreglass-reinforced silicone baffle seals pre-installed.

The kit is listed for Cessna 172N aircraft from 1979.5–1980, serial numbers 17271954 through 17274009, and F172N aircraft, serial numbers F17201910 through F17202039, when equipped with a Lycoming O-320-H2AD engine.

  • 6061-T6 aluminium baffle components
  • Blue standard silicone seals fitted to the baffles

Mounting hardware is not included. Where non-standard or aftermarket engine accessories or modifications are installed, adjustment may be required during installation. The manufacturer identifies this as an FAA-PMA replacement baffle kit. The installing organisation remains responsible for determining eligibility and compliance with applicable aircraft maintenance and airworthiness requirements.
