Engine baffle kit, bare, with blue baffle seals for specified Cessna 172A aircraft.

This kit is identified by manufacturer part number C170B172-BRBL and Roctexo part number RX1-05-22497. It is intended as a replacement engine-baffle assembly for Cessna 172A aircraft manufactured from 1956 to 1960, serial numbers 28000 through 36965.

  • Bare baffle components with blue, fibreglass-reinforced high-temperature silicone seals
  • 6061-T6 aluminium baffle construction
  • Stainless-steel brackets where required
  • Hard-rivet construction, seal backing plates and design features intended to support effective engine cooling
  • FAA-PMA replacement baffle components

Mounting hardware, including nuts, bolts, screws, washers, retaining springs and Tinnerman clips, is not included. Where non-standard or aftermarket engine accessories or baffle components are installed, adjustment may be required during installation. Confirm applicability using the aircraft records, applicable parts documentation and installed engine configuration before purchase or fitment.
