The AA5A-PCBK engine baffle kit is a complete replacement baffle set for Grumman AA-5A aircraft. It is supplied with black, fiberglass-reinforced high-temperature silicone seals already attached, helping streamline installation work.

The baffles are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium and incorporate features described by the source as stainless-steel brackets where required, hard-rivet construction and 12.7 mm seal backing plates. The design is intended to provide an improved fit and support effective engine cooling.
