McFarlane Aviation SRB-KT-1 is a nose-wheel steering rod boot and doubler kit intended by the manufacturer for specified Cessna 150 through 152 series aircraft.

The kit contains two steering rod boots and two doublers. McFarlane boots use a black Kevlar/fibreglass blend fabric, combining fatigue resistance with the fire resistance properties of fibreglass. They are designed to help seal the steering-rod area and reduce the entry of exhaust gases, smoke and fumes into the cabin.
