The Anti-Splat Aero Exhaust Heat Shield System is a 12 in (approx. 305 mm) heat-shield configuration intended for exhaust tubing with a nominal diameter of 2.25–2.5 in (approx. 57–64 mm). It is designed to help control radiated exhaust heat within the engine compartment and protect nearby cowling, hoses and accessories from excessive heat exposure.

The aluminium shield is pre-punched at approximately 25 mm intervals to support trimming and fitting for the installation. Stainless-steel attachment brackets position the shield approximately 6 mm away from the protected hot surface, using hose clamps sized for the specified tubing range.
