Anti-Splat Exhaust Head Shield System-6Lngth 1.5-2Dia

The Anti-Splat-Aero Exhaust Heat Shield System is a configurable shield assembly intended to help control radiated heat from exhaust tubing in the engine compartment. This version has a 152 mm shield length and is sized for exhaust tubing with an outside diameter of 38–51 mm.

The system uses a pre-punched 6061-T6 aluminium shield with stainless-steel attachment brackets. The pre-punched format supports trimming and fitting for the required installation arrangement. When installed, the shield is designed to stand approximately 6 mm away from the hot surface, helping to protect nearby cowling, hoses and engine-compartment accessories from exhaust heat.
