The Marsh Brothers Aviation Aerostar Brake Bushing Kit, part number M1006, is a main landing gear brake bushing kit for specified Aerostar aircraft equipped with Cleveland brake assemblies. The kit uses AeroTough® GF self-lubricating polymer bushings, designed to provide a grease-free bushing solution at the brake anchor interface.

  • Includes four MBA10019 AeroTough® GF brake bushings.
  • For Cleveland brake assemblies: 30-93, 30-93A, 30-93B, 30-93C, 30-93D, 30-93E and 30-145.
  • Manufacturer-listed Aerostar models: 600, 601, 601P, 602P and 700P.
  • Not compatible with Goodyear brake installations.
  • The manufacturer describes AeroTough® GF as a self-lubricating engineered polymer intended to avoid periodic greasing and corrosion associated with metal bushing interfaces.

Installation approval references stated by the manufacturer: FAA STC SA03484NY and Transport Canada STC SA14-43. No EASA approval or validation information was provided; operators should confirm the applicable approval and installation eligibility for the individual aircraft and authority requirements before fitment.
