McFarlane Aviation Cowl Saver™ Bi-Flex™ is fiberglass-reinforced baffle seal material supplied in a 76 mm wide × 3.96 m long roll. Part number CS085X3X156GBF is intended by the manufacturer for aircraft with straight baffle seals.

The material combines a silicone side with a low-friction coated rubber contact side. McFarlane’s Bi-Flex™ technology uses a laser-engraved pattern to provide flexibility while retaining stiffness in the lower portion of the seal.
