Tanis Aircraft Products TA3120003-R is red Varglas Non-Fray Type HO sleeving supplied by the foot. This flexible braided fibreglass sleeving is intended for secondary insulation and for thermal or mechanical protection where a non-fraying, expandable protective sleeve is required.

  • Type HO: heat-cleaned braided fibreglass construction with an acrylic resin binder to help reduce fraying and maintain a round profile for cutting.
  • Colour: red.
  • Nominal internal diameter: approximately 5.8–6.3 mm.
  • Published continuous service temperature range: -60 °C to +316 °C; capable of withstanding temperatures up to +616 °C for short periods.
  • Supplied in a continuous length measured per foot (0.305 m).
  • Manufacturer part number: TA3120003-R.

Use as secondary insulation only unless the relevant design data and installation requirements specifically permit another use. Confirm sleeve size, installation method and suitability against the applicable maintenance data before fitting.
