The Cleveland Wheels & Brakes 199-60 CHROME is a wheel and brake conversion kit incorporating chrome-plated brake discs. Parker’s Cleveland documentation states that this kit is identical to the 199-60 configuration, with the distinction that its wheel assemblies are fitted with chrome-plated discs.
