The McFarlane Aviation FQT-KT-5 is a fuel quantity transmitter kit supplied for replacement of one fuel quantity transmitter. Manufacturer part number: FQT-KT-5.

The kit includes:

  • 1 × fuel quantity transmitter, P/N MC0726110-1
  • 2 × fuel transmitter gaskets, P/N MCS1588-2
  • 25 × 10-32 × 0.625 in screw machine screws, P/N MS35207-264

McFarlane describes this transmitter type as a replacement for originally installed Stewart Warner fuel quantity transmitters, using thick-film ceramic resistor technology. It is intended for Stewart Warner-type indicating systems only; it must not be used to replace a Rochester fuel quantity transmitter, as the electrical functions are not compatible.

Please confirm the existing transmitter type, aircraft eligibility and applicable maintenance data before installation.
