The McFarlane FQT-KT-3 Fuel Quantity Transmitter Kit is supplied for replacement of one fuel quantity transmitter in eligible installations using a Stewart Warner-type fuel quantity indicating system.

McFarlane describes the transmitter as designed to work with the original compatible fuel quantity gauge and wiring. It uses thick-film ceramic resistor technology intended to support consistent fuel quantity indication.

Kit contents:

  • 1 fuel quantity transmitter
  • 2 fuel transmitter gaskets
  • 25 machine screws, 10-32 x 0.625 in

Important: Stewart Warner-type transmitters must only replace compatible Stewart Warner-type installations. They must not be used as replacements for Rochester fuel quantity transmitter systems, as incompatible electrical operation can result in incorrect fuel quantity indications. Confirm aircraft eligibility, existing transmitter type, and applicable maintenance data before installation.
