Aerotough Gf Main Land Gr Door Hinge Bushing Set For Bonanza

The Marsh Brothers Aviation AeroTough® GF Main Landing Gear Door Hinge Kit, part number M1000, is a bushing and hardware set for the main landing gear doors of Beech Bonanza aircraft.

The kit uses AeroTough® GF proprietary self-lubricating polymer bushings, designed for grease-free hinge operation. By replacing traditional metallic bushings with non-metallic bushings, the design is intended to avoid bushing-to-sleeve corrosion and the risk of seized hinge bushings associated with difficult-to-lubricate locations.

This kit covers two main landing gear doors and includes:

• 10 × AeroTough® GF bushings (MBA10005)
• 6 × short stainless-steel sleeves
• 2 × long stainless-steel sleeves
• Installation hardware, including bolts, washers and nuts
