The RV-12 Conductive Teflon™ Hose Retrofit Kit is a replacement kit for the complete RV-12 fuel hose system. It is designed as a drop-in conversion following standard RV-12 installation plans, using conductive Teflon™ fuel hoses with integral firesleeve.

The kit replaces banjo fittings and press-on rubber hose connections with standard 37° flare hardware. An externally serviceable restrictor fitting is used on the VA-216 fuel return line.

  • Conductive Teflon™ fuel hoses designed to resist fuel and other fluids.
  • Integral, closely conforming firesleeve for a lightweight and flexible installation.
  • Continuous rated working pressure: 2,500 psi.
  • Stated burst pressure: 8,000–10,000 psi.
  • Each hose is pressure tested.
  • Includes conversion fittings; most fittings are stainless steel, with selected steel fittings.
  • Step-by-step installation manual and hose guide included.
